The Worcester Police Department along with the Worcester Fire Department Arson Squad are investigating several recent fires that have been deemed suspicious. The fires under investigation are the following...

-Several Various Dumpster Fires

- Wed April 11th/ 11PM 2nd Alarm at 82 Pleasant Street

-Tue June 12th/ 3:52AM 4th Alarm 20, 24, 26 Merrick Street and 11 Larch Street (All triple deckers)

-Friday August 3rd/ 5:10AM 325 Pleasant Street (Vacant Store)

-Saturday August 4th/ 5:30AM 39-41 Irving Street Fire in rooming house started from couch on fire in hallway

-Sunday August 5th/ 5AM 115 Pleasant Street Fire in rooming house started by mattress fire in hallway
