Shortly after Noon time on Sunday September 2nd Cambridge Firefighters responded to a reported building fire at 44 Union Street. Police on arrival reported a fire on the 2nd floor deck and the occupants had extinguished most of the visible flames.
Companies on arrival reported smoke showing with a fire on 2nd Floor rear deck extended into the walls into the 2nd Floor of a 3.5 Story Wood Frame Dwelling. Companies quickly stretched lines knocking down the visible flames and containing it to the 2nd Floor.
No injuries were reported.
